Student and Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Blackbuck Community

Blackbuck is built on respect, honesty, and meaningful interactions. We encourage users to express themselves freely while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

By using Blackbuck, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

We encourage all users to report behavior that violates these guidelines.

1. Nudity and Sexual Content

Please keep all content appropriate for public viewing. We maintain a strict policy to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Pornographic material
• Sexually suggestive profile content
• Sharing graphic sexual experiences or desires

2. Harassment and Bullying

Users must not engage in or encourage harassment of any kind. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for all users.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Threats or intimidation
• Stalking
• Bullying
• Targeted abuse
• Unwanted sexual messages or advances

Reports of harassment are taken seriously and may result in immediate action, including content removal, account restrictions, or suspension.

3. Violence and Physical Harm

Blackbuck does not allow content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence or physical harm of any kind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that promotes or glorifies violence
• Graphic or gory imagery
• Threats of physical harm
• Encouragement of terrorism or extremist activities
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide

Where appropriate, Blackbuck may provide safety resources or support information to users who appear to be at risk.

4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes, supports, or encourages hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.

This includes targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• Religion
• Disability
• Gender
• Gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Nationality
• Language
• Age
• Economic status

5. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must not share their own or any other person’s confidential or sensitive personal information on the platform.

Examples of prohibited information include:

• Government identification numbers
• Passport details
• Passwords
• Banking or financial information
• Personal phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Home or workplace addresses

6. Spam

Users must not engage in spam or misleading activity on the platform.

This includes:

• Creating fake accounts
• Sending repetitive or unsolicited messages
• Misleading other users
• Using Blackbuck solely to drive traffic to external websites or services

7. Promotion and Solicitation

Blackbuck is intended for genuine community engagement and meaningful interaction between users.

The platform may not be used primarily for:

• Commercial advertising
• Promoting competing platforms
• Political campaigning
• Religious recruitment
• Surveys or research projects
• Contest promotions

Occasional sharing of personal achievements or events is permitted when done appropriately and without excessive promotion.

8. Scams and Fraud

Blackbuck maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and deceptive practices.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to obtain private information for fraudulent purposes
• Financial scams
• Impersonation for financial gain
• Requesting or collecting money from users through payment services

Violations of these policies may result in permanent account removal and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

9. Impersonation

Users must represent themselves honestly and accurately at all times.

You may not:

• Pretend to be another person
• Misrepresent affiliations with organizations
• Create misleading parody or impersonation accounts

Users should register using their real names. Profile photographs should accurately represent the account holder. Exceptions may apply for minors where appropriate.

10. Minors

Users must be at least 15 years old to use Blackbuck.

Accounts found to belong to individuals below the minimum age requirement may be removed.

11. Copyright and Trademark Protection

Users must respect intellectual property rights at all times.

Do not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted or trademarked content unless one of the following applies:

• You own the rights to the content
• You have permission from the rights holder
• Your use is otherwise legally permitted

Where possible, proper attribution should be provided to the original creator or rights holder.

12. Illegal Activities

Blackbuck may not be used for any unlawful activity or conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

13. One Person, One Account

Each user may maintain only one active Blackbuck account.

Shared accounts and multiple accounts owned by the same individual are not permitted unless expressly authorized by Blackbuck.

14. Third-Party Applications

The use of unauthorized third-party applications, tools, or services that claim to provide Blackbuck functionality is strictly prohibited.

15. Account Inactivity

To maintain an active community, Blackbuck may remove accounts that remain inactive for six (6) consecutive months.

Users are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

16. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately.

Content Moderation

• Users who repeatedly post obscene content may be permanently removed from the platform.
• Content reported by multiple users may be temporarily restricted pending review.
• Blackbuck administrators retain final authority regarding moderation decisions.
• Repeated misuse of the reporting system may result in account penalties.

17. Enforcement

Blackbuck reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any account or content that violates these Community Guidelines.

Actions may include:

• Content removal
• Warning notices
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Restriction of platform features

All enforcement decisions are made at Blackbuck's sole discretion.
